Kamikaze Mortal Shogi

This game is like Shogi but with gradual piece attrition. It is played like Shogi with the following differences: (1) A captured piece demotes to the next lowest ranking piece if there is one. See the video for details on piece ranking. (1.1) A captured Pawn demotes to a Kamikaze. (1.2) A captured Kamikaze is removed from the game. (2) A Kamikaze leaps two spaces forward in the same file. (3) A Kamikaze is removed from the game not only when it is captured but also when it captures. Due to this, a Kamikaze can promote only when it doesn't capture. (4) Instead of promoting to promoted versions of themselves, Kamikazes, Pawns, Knights, Lances and Silver Generals promote to any higher ranking piece ranging from a Knight to a Gold General.
