1 Minute for maximum reps of each of the following exercises:
Overhead Squat, 40kg (30kg)
Pull-ups
Kettlebell Swings, 24kg (16kg)
Box Jumps, 24 inch (20inch)
Push Press, 40kg (30kg)
The athlete with the highest number of rxd reps in the final will be the winner. Exercises must be performed in order of publication and the clock runs continuously between stations.
