the tempo x 2, less vibrato, more frasing, and you will be there :)

Unfortunately, the coarse, ugly sound of metal strings has to be masked with vibrato.

Even Schubert should be played this way.

Metal strings were used until after WWII.

No vibrato. pace up (2 x this tempo) more phrasing.
Bach shouldn't be played like Schubert.

this is pretty good considering they're not professional musicians.
