I hate the handles with the knuckle pads. Why do they even give you those? What difference does it make?

@Noold yea, youre just like me. I love running and go for around 2hrs a day. Iw ish they would show us how to do good chest workouts. Arm are quite simple to do. Good luck with finding youre workout.

Bowflex exercises are supposed to be slow.
1-2-3 out and 1-2-3 back
-that is 6 seconds per repetition.
You build up to 15 reps and then add 5#s.
read your book.....
