This is my friend playing my Guild starfire guitar that i found in the garbage... i fixed it up a bit and it sounds pretty good. The guitars name is Lori and she is very judgemental, His name is Lorenzo and he gets paid to play guitar. Sorry for the bad lighting, lorenzo is low on income and can barely afford the lights in his room, or his ramen noodles for dinner. HELP this struggling artist, use him for your soundtracks, live theater, or anything else.

  • You had the high E the first time.

  • @chriskeisad its the original i checked the numbers and the certificate of authenticity says its green,

  • I don't know if you're still following this considering the comments are all old, but I have this exact guitar... It's not a 67 guild starfire, guild ran production for a little while in the 90s of these same guitars. THe old guitars have a matte paint finish. Mine is also the glossy black, i dont think the owner painted it :P

  • @Ulquirorra I own a 66' and i bought it for 1,000$ It is my main guitar, and I would not sell it for 4,000$. Unlike they guy in this video, its best to run it through some kind of tube amp with high volume and your gain set at about 6 maybe 7. The crunchy kind of Led Zeppelin-esque tone is amazing and i would try to find one if i were you. It also has a beautiful full clean tone because the sound is aloud to reverberate in the hollow body, great for Jazz and blues.

  • Jeez Louieez! Tune the damn thing!

  • Question people how much those it cost a 1967 Guild Starfire lll cost i want to buy one .

  • Bring it in for a setup, get a decent amp, that guitar is great, but it sounds aweful

    the way your playing

  • keep your eye on that garbage for me dude

  • dude this guitar is worth like 8,000 $. my grandpa has one from 1964
