Thanks. Send me a link to your finished animation. I also enjoy creating cartoon type animation as well. That is the great thing about animation. There really are no limits to what can be created.

Nice work, what programs did you use to make this?

Thanks! I used 3dsmax 2008. No special plug-ins. Standard bones system as well as all key framed animation. I did a bunch of research on this species movement, underwater environment and gathering of texture maps. Working on another fish animation that I hope will trump this one. I have to do this in between paid projects so hope to finish the next one in 6 months or so.
