one question about charging (also for Ultras but also for normal moves), for example.. i dont press anything at all, enemy is pulling off an ultra and this short "cutscene/zoom-stuff" what ever comes up, if i know charge, is it possible to release the move after the "cutscene"? i mean counts the chargetimer even if the regular flow of time is "disturbed" through ultras and supers? i hope u guys get what i mean .. >.>
