It's an Italian word with Italian pronunciation. It's not an English word and therefore to pronounce it as if is is wrong.

I'm not sure how the Italians would say it because they'd be speaking some funky latin old age rubbish language. English is the language of the video and therefore pronouncing it as it is logically arranged and not like some silly Spanish lad is fine. And they can say Camaro however they feel like in italy as well. Probably Cam-Arrow or something silly, everyone should say things however they want.
