I think its much easier and better to make the 3D Model in Cinema 4D or Autodesk 3ds Max. But if you don't have SOO much money, Photoshop is okay.

Title of this video is misleading. It's 2D tracking of a 3D object, not 3D tracking.

@cocopops149 go to export - Wavefront -choose folder - save with standart settings [go to photoshop] take the wavefront file into photoshop. The rest is in the video
