Synchronized overhead and side view slow motion video of a hawkmoth (Manduca sexta) about to sip sugar water from an artificial flower. The video is slowed down to 1/66th normal speed and was filmed under infra-red light so as not to disturb this nocturnal moth. Higher quality versions available at http://www.unc.edu/~thedrick/

  • Two high speed cameras and high intensity infrared LEDs. (Also a moth and some sugar water :-)
