The name of the music is called "Achievement", and you can hear it (the 15 sec version, the full version, plus the underscore version that was heard in WLIW's "Coming Up" promos during the late '90s/early '00s) on the KillerTracks website at killertracks(.)com. Type in "Achievement" on the search box, and you should get it. I've been trying to search that song on that website for months, but it all finally paid off tonight!
