nice edit mate. really like the text at the start. those light/solar flare effects are pretty good in liquid/avid. the follow on the guy flipping was a nice effect, but should have only been moving in one direction. in the 3d flip on the fireworks, try putting a key editor effect on it and play with the luminance setting to get rid of the black sky...you should end up with a good lighting effect that you can play with adding more 2d or 3d edits to.
