@metsdudenj Totally agree. I personally think that John Macready and Blaine Wilson were the two strongest on that team. John Mac doesn't get nearly the amount of recognition he deserved/deserves.

@MTVMANN He didnt add anything really to the team total. The guy did not know how to extend his feet and had such a fat ass that he was unable to establish any sort of line in any routines.

@metsdudenj Didn't he totally mess up vault in the team final? On the other hand, wasn't HB his best event? I think he made finals in a WC.

@metsdudenj I laughed hearing that. Under the 5-6-7 format when you are one of the weaker gymnasts on your team you expect to not do every event. For the women with 4 events the top 4 or 5 on a team usually got to do all eventes. For the men with 6 events only the top 3 or 4 usually. Heck Russia had only TWO guys do all 6 events, they didnt even have 3 gymnasts eligible for the AA. Umphreys is a fool, he should feel blessed he was even on the team.

Let me guess, Chainey Umprhey said he got taken out of some of the events because he was black. What an asshole. That guy had the worst form on the planet, and had no business even being on that routine. He had no grace and muscled though every routine. He is a horrible competitor to get senators and his mother involved, what a fucking pussy. I am ashamed to have had him compete for the US in that Olympics
