Japan has 3 very big oil recovery vessels and many small ones, though Japan is not an oil-producing country.
I'm sure Australia has much more oil recovery vessels than Japan has.
Is this accident useful for saving whales and dolphins ?
No, never. Why does not Australia recover oil ?

i'm a let you finish but exxon valdez was one of the worst oil spills of ALL TIME!
270,000 barrels.
we need to stop this before it gets any worse.
