@EyeOnTheTV back in the late 80's 1986 i believe. it was called a monster machine. all the wheels were powered and had 2 dually axles in the rear and the cab was a tractor trailer cab. had 2 fake motors on it that had 454 stickers to make them look like big blocks. i still have 1 of mine. they will climb almost anything.

@naoteroquefazer Sorry, but I have difficulties translating you question. If you mean that this vehicle can not climb objects at a different angle compared to climbing the object at a right-angle, the answer is probably yes it can not. I never tested it and it will probably still climb the object, but with more difficulty. In order to be more efficient the axles need to be independent suspended, like you said.
The next version this will be fixed and have steering wheels
