i spent a whole day messing with wires. i separated a bathroom outlet from the light switch and hooked up an old kitchen light. i hooked up a furnace pipe that i found separated, and moved the bathroom exhaust vent hose. im pretty happy now, although all my lenses are broken.

  • Rule of thumb (and NEC compliant) : Anywhere you splice wires together, it should be in a UL approved junction box and covered by a UL approved cover. Spend the 5 bucks on a junction box and cover to keep your family safe.
