Fall 2010, Students from Georgia Southern University's Genetics 3130 class act out the Lac Operon. The Police actually did come from an Unknown Complaint.... Probably the Beta-Galactosidase Beatdown Lol!!!

  • Um what happened to cyclic AMP and the CAP activator? Their roles cannot be forgotten.

  • @WowhesNeat We would have had to add a glucose characters, and show when glucose is present and absent, then have to have multiple CAmp characters to show it increasing in concentration when glucose is low, and have another binding spot on the promoter, not to mention showing showing adenyl cyclase turning ATP into the CAmp. Things woulda just got messy and we didn't have the time or really the numbers to do it. but im just saying, our class wasn't dumb and forgot or something. Lol We know. =D
