In this vid I share vegan nutrition to build muscle fast on my quest to gain 30lbs of cruelty free muscle in 100 days. Today I am making a green juice, lemon ginger blast with spinach, celery, apples, courgette, lemon and ginger to hydrate, alkalize and energize my day. Also a green smoothie of banana, dates and spinach. Some almond milk how to make and a selection of nuts and seeds consisting of walnuts for omega 3 fatty acids, brazil nuts for selenium and manganese and pumpkin seeds for zinc. The almonds are high in calcium. I have a carrot and ginger juice as a pre or post workout meal and my cooked food option is brown rice and brown lentils

  • Hi i work 9-5 what suggestion do you have for me to increase my calories without eating 6-8 meals a day as with my work its juts not possible.

  • @nikkylady I would ready make some smoothies in the morning and have them with me to sip through out the day.

  • Thanks for posting such an interesting clip. I was wondering watching it, as a long time resistance trainer and martial artist I have always learned that the body can only handle so many nutrients, carbs and protein in one sitting, and thats why we eat 6-8 meals a day consisting of around 20-30 grams of protein, no more than 40 grams of carbs and so on. Is that something you have not found to be true in your experiments? Thanks in advance, Adam

  • @thenaiverambler While in a building phase I will eat roughly every three hours, so yes I agree 6-8 meals a day are best for bulking up. Your'e welcome. : )

  • awesome thanks for the reply on the calorie intake. I will follow this and then start mixing my food around within this modality. So its cool to eat that amount of nuts if you are weight lifting? i guess the ratio of carbs meets the 10 % ratio of fat if you are following the 80/10/10 regime. I am in UK. taking Vit d supps for winter and B12 . This cool? I will do a video diary of my progress on your plan :) wanna show my fiends and family this is not an anorexic eating disorder.

  • @SicknoteBro For a short term result to gain mass fast yes, but not necessary long term to eat that many calories or nuts. Good luck! : )

  • @velveteyes79 yeah :) pick and eat right there and then unless they're mucky or seem dirty etc. google "edible dandelions" etc on google or youtube for more info and stay subscribed to my channel for more upcoming stuff on wild food and wild green herb videos :)

  • @0wenfox so can just pick dandeloins and eat them what do i need to know?

  • @RawRebuild i eaten foods that have vitamin k all my life and i'm hairy......so that's not true..

  • @thenaiverambler your body only needs a certain amount of nutrients/minerals/vitamins at any time..........so if you are eating more than you need to, the body will store some but it's limited so alot will pass through your system with waste...... and waste is a great shame, 6-8 meals a day is excessive.... the body needs rest also not just your muscles.

  • Just made this baby up, well pretty much the same I have no idea what a corgett is so I just used a cucumber (same thing maybe? lol). Pretty damn tasty, loving it. Actually broke my 6 day fast today this was my final meal.

  • @beyourpotential How is milk and eggs toxic? If you mean the hormones and shit they feed the animals that make sense but otherwise I don't buy it. It's natures supplement evolved over millions upon millions of years not sure how that should be bad for you.

  • Very interesting Mathew, thanks for sharing :) I wonder how much protien is in the spinach smoothies and how much is lost with the fiber? I was wondering with your 30lbs in 100 days, how much of that would be muscle glycogen? Were you carbed-down before you started?

  • That's a lot of food.
