This video makes me understand why we need to pronounce such those complex names when ordering Starbucks coffee. Because coffee in each country is not the same but here at Starbucks we use the same language so we can always order our desired coffee anywhere in the world.

I live in America and even I'm confused by all these options. But I guess it's true, it's all about making you special, that's why they write your name on your orders too, even if they spell it wrong sometimes..

It's weird to me, seeing all these people in the comments talking about how douchey Starbucks baristas are. At the two Starbucks I frequent, the employees are pretty much always nice, smiling, helpful, and not at all resentful or rude. In particular, the woman who served me yesterday was really friendly and asked me how my day was going, even addressing me by name as I was paying. That's basically a typical Starbucks experience for me. I can't imagine being treated poorly there.

I work at Starbucks, and I can guarantee you we're not all douchenozzles. The ones who are really have no excuse - at some point or another, people don't like their jobs. Whether it's for one day or one year. But also, people should understand that it's a fast paced job, and when a customer starts screaming at you because you forgot to put whip cream on their drink or you're new at register and are slow...keeping a smile on is hard. "Treat others as you yourself would like to be treated."

Yah what's up with that?? Every time I go into starbucks (rarely) the employees are just as much of bastards as the customers are. I can tell they really hate their jobs.

wow, I thought I was the only one. I had an awkward experience once when i was 12. I ordered an espresso shot and thought I was being scammed because I was given such a small amount xD
