Great stuff Jason.! How many times are you mailing absentee owners to see a good response? I noticed that melissadata only lets you mail once to the list unless you pay more money. Do you pay the extra to mail multiple times to each list? Thanks! Keep on rocking.

I mail absentee owners every 45 days for a total of 8 times. And, I pay Melissadata for multiple mailings.
