@RuShoKen01 Thanks man! I wish I could remember this Kata. I haven't done it in ages. I don't take Karate anymore because they turned my old dojo into an MMA academy (which I despise).

i know of this kate, and this looks nothing like kiambo, or at least i wasnt taught it that way. i also learned and finished bowaza, so technically im suppose to be learning tokimine no kun right now.
