  • This shows really poor form... You should be emphasizing the importance of getting your elbow as high out of the water as possible before stretching your arm, as well as noting how the tips of the fingers must go in first (not the thumb) and also the importance of not crossing your arms under your body to avoid shoulder injuries. Horrible video.
