@Cally200233 they dont listen, you are right... tried to convince friends to inform theirselves about peak oil, their reaction was: humanity will find an alternative, dont worry. the problem is that they cant imagine that oil rules our lives to nearly 90%

The first report I read about oil running out was back in 1976 in a Fishing Facts magazine, of all places. The editor used that publication as a soapbox for his views. Lots of people thought he was nuts, but he was simply ahead of the curve.

Modern civilization is finished. Peak oil is fact and theres nothing we can do except building our own life boat before sink of Titanic. This example is good because whole world was talking about unsinkable ship and in fact history tells us quite opposite.
