look in your bios if it's shows 1066 mhz your ram has a lil problem or it is defect
If not look the rem company told that it can be oc to 1600 mhz but the stock is 1066

I have the same motherboard and the same cpu. My question.
I got ddr3 with 1600 mhz but in the bios shows me 1066 why thtat cpuz and everst the same one . pls help me
