@584610 First off you are wrong on so many levels. This is suppose to be a deminstration Im taking it. Also to inspect the back of the uniform you can do that as you are walking, if you look he does that as he walks. As far as the 3rd element leader moving up, you are suppose to be 3 paces away from the element in front of you, so if the commander takes her 3 steps and you are off of that mark, you need to be moved up. The person inspecting doesnt need to be at attention the entire time....

While this video is the best I've seen on YT so far, it seems to be missing a few things for those who have never done an ORI before, like what happens before they get there (taller tapping, count off, parade rest) or even the "cadet 3, one step forward." It's great for review, but not for those who don't know yet.
