  • @caoskid12 same thing

  • its big contry

  • I liked it except all the "Uhs"...

  • That's a teep

  • lol the kids behind are so cute

  • running push kick!

  • @101010rae thats why you still use the U.S. dollar as your reserve currency, and I'm pretty sure a very large percentage of UFC fighters are from foreign countries, so just shut the fuck up and never voice your opinion again, because it makes you look retarded...

  • @DW01 the bending of the knee is fine when it is short distance, and u forgot to mention his hands positioning, u cannot have a good push kick w/o good hand/arms movement, which is why he looks so awkard push kicking and also kicking.....his hands stay like a chicken.....and his head is wide open, you try this with a muay thai guy and you will get knocked out.

  • On top of all of the other technique mentioned, he has very little pivot on his support side, left pivot food. Real power is generated with the pivot and action of the hip, whipping the leg around. Does this make sense. His left pivot foot should be facing almost to the rear and the kciking leg should be coming in a downward motion across the rips or thigh.
