Here's a few sound sources filtered though the Analogue Solutions Semblance synthesizer: http://analoguesolutions.org.uk/v2/semblance-analog-monosynth/

The Semblance is not only a great dual oscillator analogue monosynth, but it can also serve as a dedicated signal processor using one of the EXT Ins at the back of the unit. The sky's the limit with what can be processed - you'll find some interesting ideas in the clip!

The video also features the Semblance EG being triggered via MIDI (notes), which can be used to create unusual filter effects for beats and other percussive noise sources when the MIDI notes match the beat being filtered.

*Note: Everything shown in the video also applies to the Telemark (same voice architecture).

Enjoy.

  • 0:37 now everytime i plug in my earphones, i will think of it as making a patch from the digital sound source to my head :D

  • excellent Q on TLIC clip... almost separates the vocal

  • I love how some music sounds better through an overly-distorted filter. Kinda says a lot about the song. XD

  • the end talking makes me think of Depeche Mode's Strange video !!! excellent
