One more proof that the pay toilets for the tourists are so crappy because they dont read the letters and signs, specially written on red ground. Thats one reason why now public toilets only have some simple signs left to introduce the people. I think some people dont wash their hands because they think the little cabinet above the bowl is something like the mouth of truth in Rome/Italy.

And then they get out of this toilets and scream something like "shocking, shaming, disgusting" and so on.

I've used a few of these before, even worse ones. This one isn't so bad, but that hole in the wall above the toilet is the handwash. Search "Pay toilet" on my channel and you should find some.
