High power home made speaker -Part 4

I am open to suggestions. I am looking at designing the surround out of thin sheet foam packing material. Perhaps forming an annular ring by pressing it down over a raised ring on a flat surface and using a hair drier to set it. Then cut it out. Also still working on designing a seamless cone.

If there is an easier way to get the same performance I will collect the ideas and make speaker v2.0.

you should put flashing L.E.D. lights in the clear case any color :)
