Yeah their a top bit of kit mate! I've been using mine more lately, mine is a retired speed bag to, filled with sand, I've been shadow boxing more lately to.

@hawkman350 proper good for shadow boxing aint it mate? i used an old speed bag that as you can see in the back ground behind me bust lol,filled it with stones to make it heavier.
