  • It's very clear...you will get more by watching it again than what I can type out...but to help the body feels like it works away from the ball (fills with air)....away from the clubhead slightly...the clubhead is where all the strings meet. Play around with it....there's no exact fit for everyone here. The key is that you don't lean into the ball with your torso....so that the bend is more from your knees bending forward and your sacrum being back.

  • Here is a good vid of Mr. Palmer. You can see the bow and crossbow. Check out the finish.

  • Look at how Arnold Palmer set up to the ball. He reached for the ball quite a bit, but you can see how his stomach is tucked in as if he was going to received a punch in the gut. Great stuff for Martin.

  • The parachute analogy is new and not altogether clear in this video--where is the parachute? Please elaborate on this image. Joe
