white miso 3/4 c., carrots 6 oz peeled, onions, 9 oz, fresh tomato 10 oz, wakame(dry seaweed) 4 T., silky to firm tofu add when serving the amount u like., mushrooms 4 oz your favorite, water 3 qt., mung bean pasta or rice or pasta or potato add last 2 minutes of cooking, ginger 1 .T. fresh or 2 T. pickled, 1 T garlic, 1/4 c soy sauce, 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper, 2 cups fresh spinach chopped (optional) add when u turn the fire off.

  • my sister made a soup similar to this. you chunks of onion carrots and celery with a few pieces of chicken boiled to a broth then add some bullion cubes and some fish sauce then boil for 45-60 mins then take all of the large chunks out so all you have is a broth then serve with mung bean noodles and lime juice. i like to add dried onions and dried soy beans. Haha sts my favorite dish in the world
