I know man, I'm not constructor of LF-A, but when Lexus doesn't earn any money on that car, probably worth this 400k. Look at some Euro exotics, they are overpriced comparing to LF-A.

Most things that people don't know about engine is that: This engine using standard system injection, not modern GDI (Mitsubishi), FSI (Volkswagen, Audi), actually a EFI like Ferrari Italia 458. Also this engine have cross-plane crank what is more similar to american cranks and sounds better than plat-plane V10 Carrera GT. Firing order is similar to LS7 series engines. It's made from billet of spec alloy (Aluminum-based, and Magnesium, Titanium)

LF-A is still pretty heavy 1550kg comparing to 1520kg ZR1. YOU are right in some case, but power is product of torque and RPM. Lexus engineers are construct engine using Formula 1 experience. Root of power is displacement, (i was drove friends ZO6 LS7), so I know what you want to say. ZR1 and ZO6 are faster in roll-on test starting roll from 0-200mph in highest gear (Top Gear show). I also thinks that they construct bigger engine still V10 but about 5.5 liters and get higher power
