Hope you did well. The basic training has now gone up from 8 to 10 weeks for new recruits, so you have to put up with the shit for 10 weeks before passing out, but after that it all eases off. I joined as a WE exactly the same as you did. Little hint for anyone thats waiting for thier basic, Raleigh is ALL planned out. Weeks 3, 5, 7 and 9 they will beast you like fuck, watch out for Kit Musters, and if youre told to do something, DO IT, then youre off to collingwood for youre 28 week TT.
