I think maybe you think your funny, but really your just incredibly rude and ignorant, rude to both Sir Ed, who most people sya was a real gentleman AND to the nepalese, who ALWAYS said that no one had ever clibed to the top, "theres my condo over there" do you have even the slightest idea how hard that climb was? Its not some weekend hike for fun. Your imagining some giant slight and controversy where none exists, the nepelese totally revered him, maybe even more than New Zealanders.
Actually your whole post is from the perspective of a typical anonymous underacheiving little man.You probably write footnotes for an anonymous Hollywood gossip magazine that maybe 50 people read.Thats exactly how you come across. The Sherpas themselves may live at the foothills around Everest, that doesnt mean that they regularly summit it.Oh by the way Sir Ed was given an honourary citzenship of Nepal.Back to your gossip little man.Your out of your depth here.
I understand your point - and I agree to an extent but the Sherpas never disputed he was the first man to reach the top and your whole vlog post is just speculation.....
Understand your point and view, but did you have to say it at a time when the climbing and exploration world is mourning. Show a bit of class. The guy has just died.
