I'm personally disgusted by the black on black violence! Killing oneanother over turf (which none of you own) gang, drugs, jealousy, random acts is terrible.

@Cleary2k7 Check the real estate listings, and check them out in the daytime, see if the sidewalks are clean, how much graffiti is on the walls, whether there are good schools nearby, etc. No sense in picking a neighborhood where the schools are lousy.
Then, visit the area at night. Some of these "nice" neighborhoods can become cesspools after sundown.

Harlem is a nice place to go. lot's of love there. Lot of nice people. no drugs or violence. Heaven on earth.
