Why would you boil the cauliflower first? If you fry it in the pan with oil, you have much greater control over how "al dente" it will get. If you want to boil it, why not use beef broth instead of bouillon and cook it until it reduces? Sun dried tomatoes aren't the most low carb friendly ingredient.
