I'll agree with the "coat" but two lines before:

"She's far away though she looks so near."

He sung it:

"She's far away but she looks so near."

You can clearly hear him sound out the "b" in the word "but"....

But, all this is way too unimportant. The song is as beautiful a masterpiece as any painting.
