I went there in October, and he was still overweight. What they do is that the actors switch roles every night. You probably saw another guy play Graves.

BTW - the man who portrayed the butler has lost a LOT of weight, he looks half his size. Even when he portrays Otis T. Wren, the actor is a nice man who always seems to recognize me.

ok, i get it now. the disney theming thing.
btw, the adventure's club seems to be one of the last things on the island that still keep the original 30's theming that was the basis for the story of merryweather.
