Thomas Intro - Gladiators Style

Here's another Thomas Intro I made, this time with the Gladiators Theme.

It's such a shame the new series doesn't have a cool rock theme like this. I happen to like both series, but prefer the theme of the original version. I also hope I'll remember to video the Legends Return episode.

I enjoy both series' too, although like you 7Lightening I prefer the Original Rock Theme. Perhaps ITV owned the rights to the original theme and that's why they made a new one.

And I must agree, the Legend return episode is going to be awesome. I liked to see Wolf and Oblivion go at it, and even Lighting and Tempest also.

I remember watching Gladiators as well. I always said Shows from everything watched until 2004 when all of my Favourite show have changed or been dropped, Axed etc.

I wish TV had anything from the nineties cause then, I'd be glad.

TV has gotten crap now, these days it's all about reality tv shows like 'Big Brother'

Yeah, My fave shows were London's Burning and Gladiators.

I want them back, infact don't we all.

P.S. Did you ever crash Bandicoot?

I only played the first 2 Crash games, then Crash Team Racing and Crash Bash and the Crash Nitro Kart.

I think most of the Gladiators got injured, only a few were left when the show ended, and one of them was Wolf.

Apparently 4 Glads left because of injurys - Amazon (leg injury on Pyramid - Series 4), Jet (neck injury on Pyramid - Wembley 1996), Nightshade and Zodiac. I don't know what happened to the latter two, but they left after Series 5, which was the series AFTER Nightshade suffered a neck injury on Tilt.

I agree. I'm thinking of events with duels such as Flame vs Inferno, Trojan vs Spartan, and Hunter vs Predator. Perhaps you're right about ITV owning the rights, which is why the returning Gladiators (Ace, Hunter, Wolf, Rio, Rocket, Flame, Lightning and Trojan) won't have their original uniforms.

I loved Gladiators as well. When that finished, I turned my attention to Robot Wars, which was also fun. Sadly, it too shared the same fate.

Cobra, Lightning, Saracen and Wolf were the only 4 to go from start to finish.
