Watch my back leg tripping over the mat. First time doing split jerks over 100KG in a ass long time. I'm buying a bigger mat tomorrow, and more bumber plates. Horrible technique, but mostly the platforms fault.

  • Decent split jerk. Plenty of practice from the block on Saturday in UL and you will do 160kg very soon...
