they do sell replacement rotors for it
do a google search for
picco z replacement rotor
they are about 5 or 6 bucks, it's really easy to replace.

If you cannot fix it, consider selling me your remote control. I broke mine trying to cut-off the spring like in the Hebert video. My heli works, but I have no control now. It sucks.

i done wat he said and my helo is running good still aslong as the bottom blades dont get chipped i should be ok i reckon. i took this helo outside today and went so high with it the thing was outa range with the controller it was 20-50ft high i reckon.
