I made this video because Roy and Maes were such good friends in the series. And I think this song best fits how Roy must feel in his heart after Maes died. REST IN PEACE MAES HUGHES!!

Maes and Sirius Black are the only fictional characters I have ever cried for. Not the best AMV ever, but it desn't even matter. *wipes eyes*

his daughter at 2:00 . . . I never really cry but she got me going when she asked why they were burying daddy. . . Damn it hughes....couldn't you have lived in brotherhood at least? so many places they needed you. tuckers death should have been an equivelent exchange T.T

Hughes' death was one of the very few anime moments where I actually cried. This brings back sad yet fond memories (dammit Envy, why him!?)

i loved hughes! i didn't cry when my cousin died, but when i watched hughe's funeral and this video, i cried like a baby. T.T great video, wonderful tribute to their friendship.

i thought hughes was the best when i watched the episode where he died it was the first time i cried because someone died in an anime i was watching it was so sad

@lock27100 No. Roy considers suicide after the Ishbalan war. He felt guilty for what he did but Dr Marcoh saved him...

*sniff* Thanks for the great vid man; I love Hughes, he was such a funny guy TT.TT He made the most out of sad/terrible sitsuations, he never ceased to make me laugh. I miss him so much :( Damn you, Envy, damn you!!!!
