  • I was at this concert which was in Macau but this is not the Macau brass quintet. None of these people live or work there.

  • I am not saying any thing bad about the tuba player. I just thought he needed to play out a bit more as compared to the other players. Our quintet will be playing this piece on August 8th, love it.

  • The trumpets and horn and trombone are very good, excellent intonation but you can not hear the tuba player at all. More cajones. The trombone player is adding that nice fat low brass sound.

  • This is a really awesome piece. It's a Carmen Suite, Holcombe. I think these guys sound just like the Empire Brass. I really love this piece alot.

  • *sigh* dude, when people refer to "horns" they're refering to FRENCH HORNS.

  • Haha...I love how the first trumpet seems so nonchalant, but then beautiful music comes out of his horn :)
