  • When are you suppose to bike and such? I don´t even have time to shower by my own

  • Thank you you should add a diet program, what i did was cut my course meals in half and biked 2 hours, stretched and did stairs everyday and of course i took a break for a day or two. But right back to it again. Good luck.
