A heritage railway in Northern Wales. It runs from Portmadag at the coast to Bleanau Ffstiniog in the mountains. In the old days it was used to carry slate from the mountains to the coast.

  • thanks, I am going to correct the text

  • Hi,

We call them Heritage railways in the UK ;-) and its in North Wales rather than South Wales. The rest of your info text is right though. The loco at the opening is Merddin Emrys a Double fairlie. Oh, and the weather is typical for Blaenau Festiniog :D
