Native Instruments DJ product specialist and Dubspot Instructor Mike Henderson aka DJ Endo explains and demonstrates How To Route Audio from Traktor into Ableton Live. By routing Audio from Traktor into Ableton you can not only use Ableton effects over what your playing in Traktor, but you can also record each deck of Traktor into its own Audio channel in Ableton. Your Ableton Session will be in perfect Sync with Traktor, so any tempo changes that you do in Traktor will be recorded into Ableton Live! If you're using time based effects in Ableton, they will sync to whatever your playing in Traktor, and if you're recording audio from Traktor into Ableton, all of your Audio will line up perfectly on Ableton's grid, saving you hours of having to warp marker your DJ mix after the fact. Please note - before following this tutorial you should first follow my previous tutorial on How To Sync Ableton Live & Traktor. You can check out that video here - http://bit.ly/ecYBwH

Guys! Can someone please help me? Is it possible to play a midi keyboard using fl studio through one of the channels on traktor? I have a Pioneer DDJ-T1 controller, and would like to play some melodies live at the sam time. Is it possible to to have say, deck A = track 1, deck B = track 2 & deck C = Live keyboard/piano/fl studio ?? Thanks!

@tomsawyersucks Yes you can share outputs of Traktor and Ableton and have your synths playing through the same channels as your track decks

@folkertverdoorn1 Update to the latest version of Traktor. The MIDI clock send is much more stable now with the latest update.

@cravecase22 Thats really tricky to use Jack Router with Timecode. You would have to aggregate your soundcards. Traktor Bible did a really good tutorial on how to do that.

@KRAAG86 I would actually just use a separate soundcard for Ableton like the Audio 2 DJ. Plug that into the input for Deck D. Then Plug your guitar into the Mic input of Deck C, and set both decks to be live inputs.
