Can you make a Tut on setting Everything including the Background.

I can's see to find the way to set up the whole Theme.

Hey bro,

I've installed the skin under the My documents/rainmeter/skins/ But, when I tried loading those Ini files from the Rainmeter, it wouldn't load. Do you know what the problem is?
