This is continued. I'm sorry about the loss of your mother, Ivan. She's surely in a better place now. I met you while I lived in NOLA but you coundn't have known how. I'm a nurse. I was happy to see you at the Turning Stone Casino in upstate NY several years ago in concert with Aaron. You were great on the keyboards and I enjoy your CD's. eep up the great work.

Ivan, you really performed well in this song and I esp. like the "Take me back to New Orleans" lines. You sing it all so well. You and family were in my thoughts and prayers bwhen Katrina hit. I lived in NOLA for 4 years in the mid-1990's and I loved it there. It was special and toubhed me spiritually. Now I'm back 'home' in upstate Ny but still miss NOLA so and was very upset by the govt's disgustingly slow response and follow-up to the diasaster in a city that' so special.

If you like that real straight rock stuff there is a version by 38 special that you would probably like. This is real New Orleans funk and personally I love it.
