腰是一身之主宰,腰部患病直接影响着肾脏功能.可以导致全身性的疾病。松腰能够强壮命门、疏通经络、调和气血,致使百病不生。另外,四肢动作以腰为轴,腰是力量的枢纽。太­极拳论中说:其根在脚.发于腿。主宰于腰,形于手指。又说:命意源头在腰隙、刻留心在腰间.可见腰部的正常机能对于人体健康和人体力量传导具有多么重要的作用。

松腰的好处
1.可以增強肾功能,使人意志坚强,元气充足,有利于健康长寿。
2.能扩大丹田区域,有效地增强全身的气化功能,为气功练习打下坚实的基础。
3.能够强化形体动作的整体性,有助于提高內家拳的功夫水平。
